DEPOSITS:

Registration may be completed with a 30% deposit. Camp dates may be transferred for a small fee depending on availability. All camps must be paid for in full by the day the camper arrives on campus. Automatic payments may be set up during online registration.

CANCELLATIONS / TRANSFERS / CREDITS / BOOKING PROTECTION:
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS unless ACTIVE REFUND is purchased at the time of registration. ACTIVE REFUND is an opt-in offer that enables registrants to purchase coverage for the total cost of their registration if unable to attend camp for any reason.  Certain restrictions apply.  Contact ACTIVE Support with questions or to file a refund application. Camp dates are transferable before June 1st within the current camp season for a small fee if there is availability.
